Kolbe’s Graduation

Kolbe’s Graduation, created during the time in between the end of my partner’s army education and the beginning of the job he would be doing for the next year.

All pink sections of Kolbe’s Graduation are hand dyed with natural colorants, such as Lac and Fustic. this piece was an outlet for learning skills in dye.

When building it, I relied heavily on intuitive meditation for object placement and color choice, leaving the end result to the fabric.
