Sit Close to the TV

A first attempt at large-scale tapestry, this work is a showcase of the characters from media that shaped me as a person. I made this work to experiment with the use of T-shirts as a material, I had come into an abundance of them and needed an outlet for their use. I also wanted to try my hand at pictorial tapestry and ultimately realized the trajectory of my art making.
